Serving

As we lose ourselves in the service of others, we find our own life’s purpose.

Inequity is a systemic issue that disproptionately affects the Black community. Understanding the impact this has on the past, current, and next generation, I made it my life work to serve my community. The inequity that exists in education influences the amount opportunities provided for underserved students. This has pushed me to find ways to support, grant the access to resources, and empower low income communities. I want to ensure that the next generation is granted the same chances despite their socioeconomic status. Locally, You See Beyond allows me to serve young people while creating the space for them to find their purpose. Globally, Destination Impact allows the opportunity to impact the African Diaspora by providing the resources needed to thrive both academically and socially. It is through this service that I live out my purpose in life.

You See Beyond

I founded You See Beyond in 2019. You See Beyond is the bridge that helps to empower youth in identifying their gifts and talents that lead them to the fulfillment of their purpose by supporting, exposing, and promoting the access of both traditional and non-traditional career paths.
